Simply overwhelming employees with content often exacerbates the issue, making it even more difficult to find relevant and valuable information. To address this, we need to create capacity and focus through integrating learning and growth opportunities into the natural flow of work. We also need to work on educating employees on what learning and growth look like and, as always, focus on the value and impact.Measuring the Long-Term Impact of Learning and Development InitiativesYou need to ensure that learning initiatives are linked to business objectives--revenue, productivity, customer satisfaction, etc. And then, on an individual basis, you can look at metrics around employee engagement, career growth and succession and attrition. It's about finding out what problems you're trying to solve and what is important to your business.
